THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT KISS

Do you deliver and set-up the florals?

You can pick up from our studio in Yorkville (Union Grove) free of charge or you can have your florals delivered.

Delivery is $1.75 per mile round trip.

In order to keep things as budget friendly as possible we do not set up the florals. Everything will come prepped and ready to set out!

Can I customize the collection?

The Kiss Collection is designed to provide beautiful flowers at the best possible pricing. In order to do so, The Kiss Collection can not be customized unless stated in the collection description.

Farmflower reserves the right to make substitutions to fresh product and vases based on availability, quality, and pricing.

If you are looking for customization or full service florals, please visit our website and choose Custom Floral Quote option.

How far out do you need my order?

To ensure that we can get all of the product ordered we need orders a minimum of 5 weeks prior to the delivery/pick up date.

Any additions, changes, or cancellations must be made at least one month out.

After the one month mark we will have already ordered the product and we will be unable to accommodate changes or give a refund. Refunds are subject to a $95 processing fee.

Is there an order minimum?

Yes, we have a $550 floral order minimum per collection.

Why do you exclude Mother's Day weekend and Valentine's Day weekend from this pricing?

Wholesale flowers are MOST expensive around these two holidays. There is a HUGE markup on flowers because there is a HUGE demand during these times, which is why we cannot guarantee the KISS pricing.
